Our focus is to offer guests and residents of Orlando, a convenient healthcare option for treating and managing their symptoms as well as addressing any other health related needs.

About PT on Main Street
Dr. Matthew Lucena PT, DPT.
Dr. Lucena, a proud Orlando native, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Health Sciences. He then earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Advent Health University. With extensive experience serving diverse communities, including the Chicago suburbs and his hometown of Orlando, Dr. Lucena has a strong background in chronic pain management, orthopedics, sports medicine, vertigo, and balance deficits. He founded PT on Main Street to merge his passion for Orlando's theme parks and healthcare, offering an accessible option with a holistic, personalized approach that empowers patients through education, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based practices.
