Our program includes online coaching and guidance, aimed at recovery, performance, and overall health through resistance and cardiovascular-based training. Utilizing a clinical approach, this program targets lifestyle deficits and enhances post-physical therapy performance through tailored exercise plans.​

How does it work?




Each Health Club member will receive access to a secure online app that can be used anywhere. The app features your personalized program, complete with exercise videos, detailed instructions, and up-to-date progress tracking. The in-app communication feature ensures regular contact with a physical therapist, enabling you to ask questions, submit updates, and send videos for form checks. This convenient approach provides you with skilled guidance and promotes accountability toward achieving your health goals.
